Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.”
– Henry Ford
Rather than trying to change things, it is better to live with them and conquer them!
When you feel it is hard to get out, you need to understand that it’s time for you to get into some serious action. There are challenges in everybody’s life, but winners are those who choose to face and conquer them!
There would be challenges between you, your career, and your various set goals. Challenges define the groundwork for focus, strengths and available resources.
The moment you decide to face the challenges rather than running away from them, you have reached halfway to conquering the challenge. If you can start, you will reach the end; the only thing you need is to keep pushing yourself while reminding yourself of the strength you withhold.
Challenges bring the fear of criticism, but that does not decide your fate. If you go about estimating probabilities, you will find many, but that does not objectify your action.
“Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.”
– Michael Jordan
Authentic living is choosing to live a life that is suggestive of your interest rather than trying to fit into a life that comes from somewhere else. Finding contentment, satisfaction, and fulfilment are the constituents of authentic living. There is a purpose, and everything revolves around that. And, beyond that, it is about being there for everyone’s life where you hold the power to bring significant change.
“More smiling, less worrying. More compassion, less judgment. More blessed, less stressed. More love, less hate.”
― Roy T. Bennett
An authentic life is filled with dreams, determination, and hard work that, in turn, helps reach targets and conscious time and money investment.
“The outer world is a reflection of the inner world. Other people’s perception of you is a reflection of them; your response to them is an awareness of you.”
― Roy T. Bennett
How do you add value to your work?
When you value each element that went into the significant work, that is how you actually add value to your work.
To get value, you first need to start valuing everything else that is visible to you. You start adding value to your work by appreciating everyone’s efforts besides yours.
“Even if you cannot change all the people around you, you can change the people you choose to be around. Life is too short to waste your time on people who don’t respect, appreciate, and value you. Spend your life with people who make you smile, laugh, and feel loved.”
― Roy T. Bennett
When you learn to conquer challenges with self-belief, live an authentic life, and start valuing things around you, you will notice significant changes in yourself and how you perceive everything around you.
