Many years back, while working as a Lobby Manager in a 5-star hotel, I was presented with an opportunity that made me feel inspired and confident of turning my life around. I didn't know at that time what the future had in store for me, but the one realization that struck me was how this opportunity within the health and wellness space would truly be a turning point in my personal and professional journey.
That one decision of taking charge of my life, career and growth led me onto the path of self-discovery, which shaped the efforts and positive impact I strive for today, alongside my team. The last two decades have brought some tremendous growth in me, my team and my vision wherein I not only got to broaden my horizons, travel the world and experience some great learnings, but also got rewarded with a greater purpose of touching thousands of lives, moving well towards my vision of making the world totally fit.

What is my background?
Being a topper in IHM, I started my career at Park Hotel. After working for a couple of years, I realised, all that glitters is not gold. And all the hard work doesn't always convert into a future to look forward to.
I took the calculated risk and changed my profile with an opportunity in the Health & Wellness domain. This change exposed me to more enormous challenges and entrepreneurship skills. But the satisfaction of helping individuals grow alongside, was very satiating.
With consistent hard work and perseverance, I achieved appreciation beyond the financial benefits. Expansion Team.
Having become certified health & wellness coach, my credibility propelled to newer heights among my community. Identifying gaps in fitness and overall well-being among those leading Corporate lives, I initiated TotallyFit as a holistic health & wellness venture.
My contributions over the past 2 decades were duly recognized as I was awarded the Life Time Achievement Award. I continue to walk on my mission to make India TotallyFit.
