Inspiration opens a window for us to see new opportunities by allowing us to surpass our limitations. Inspiration pushes forward a person from lack of interest to state of possibilities, and transforms the way we perceive our own capabilities. Inspiration is sometimes overlooked because it is difficult to find. Inspiration has a major effect on important life outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspiration has 3 main qualities and these define WHY you should seek inspiration in life:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Inspiration is evoked spontaneously without intention.<\/li><li>Inspiration is the springboard for creativity.<\/li><li>Inspiration increases well-being.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>How to become an inspirer for others you ask?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Care&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Show people that you genuinely care about them until and unless you show them how concerned you are they won\u2019t look up to you. Give them reassurance, act with kindness, not just in words but your actions as well if you want others to take you seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Be Enthusiastic&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflect enthusiasm in every task every day. If you want people to get inspired by you and follow your lead, you have to give them reasons to do so. Connect with your audience,&nbsp; give some positive vibes, good energies, and connect with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Earn Trust<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can get someone to tell you their secrets and you keep it safe with you, your job is half done. It takes a great deal of confidence for anyone to put their trust and faith completely in you. And earning someone&#8217;s trust is the biggest form of respect that you can have. To trust is a gradual process but to manipulate or break it is a work of seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>Build People<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>One small compliment can mean the world to someone especially if they are having a bad day. Notice how it brings a smile to anyone&#8217;s face easily. Don\u2019t trust me? Try it at your workplace.&nbsp; It\u2019s easy to criticise people, but that doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s the right thing to do. Only say things that will positively impact people&#8217;s life.
